Placing an Order

To place an order from www.eastwestsamples.com, please follow these instructions.

Finding Items

First you will need to search for the items you would like to order. Title and keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find drop down menus at the top of each page. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the "Purchase" button in the centre of the detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Home" link to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your "Shopping Cart" any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" at the top right of our site.

Checkout

Review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, or the quantity is incorrect, click the "remove " link beside the title. When you're ready to order the items in your "Shopping Cart", click the "Checkout" button.

Review Your Order

Review all of the items listed in the "Checkout". If you have a "Promotional Code" enter it now and click on the "Redeem" button. You will be required to accept the terms of the "End User License Agreement" in order to proceed to the " Online Order" page.

Shipping/Billing Address

Check the "Shipping/Billing Address" details for accuracy. PLEASE NOTE: for security reasons we only ship to the billing address of your credit card (which is verified).

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard. All orders must be prepaid. Enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.

Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Submit" button to submit your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

Delivery Time

When items you ordered are in stock, we usually ship your order within 2-3 business days(excluding sale periods, which may require extra order processing time). Otherwise orders can take between 3-5 business days to process and then ship. We ship via Express Post overnight for local deliveries and International Courier for all other deliveries.You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped that allows you to follow the delivery on-line. We ship all packages signature required for your protection.

PLEASE NOTE: Neither the Licensor, or www.eastwestsamples.com can be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from a delayed or lost shipment.

International Shipments

If you live outside of the Australia, you are responsible for all import duties and taxes. These charges vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for details.

Calculating Cost

The "Shipping" cost is automatically calculated on the "Check Out" page.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless you have a defective product. Defective products will be exchanged for the same product for a period of 90 days.
